How to reinforce the TV Replay experience for a group of 6 channels and offer strongly diversified content?
When it was about the Pluzz service makeover, and rethinking the entire customer journey, we used… personas, our imaginary and singular characters, particularly inspiring throughout entire projects. Amongst them, there is Sophie, 16 years old, a fan of the TV series « Plus Belle La Vie », extremely demanding, and for whom we had to offer a high level Pluzz experience, to match her desktop, tablet and mobile uses.
The Pluzz makeover by France Televisions also included technical issues, given the strong audience volume, and the experimentation that was lead around the « Social Replay TV » experience.
